Our story

Built out of the admin seat, not a sales org.

Stephanie Parker started supporting eClinicalWorks in 2010 as the person practices called when a report was wrong, an upgrade broke a template, or a new provider needed to be live on Monday. Sparker Teknology grew out of that work.

The pattern was always the same. The software was capable, the build had drifted, and no single person had authority over the configuration. Item dictionaries filled with duplicates. Reports that could not be reconciled. Security roles cloned from departed employees. Upgrades postponed because regression testing had no owner.

So we do the unglamorous part: read the build, write down what is wrong, fix it in priority order, test it, document it, and leave the practice able to operate without us if it chooses to.

Stephanie has administered eClinicalWorks since 2010 for single site practices and multi location networks. She leads system administration, security and reporting work, including quality measure reconciliation for MIPS, HEDIS and UDS submissions.

Corey Parker

Corey leads migration and mapping engagements: legacy EHR conversions, practice acquisitions consolidated onto one eCW database, field level mapping documents, staged test loads and post load reconciliation.
